- Never share your private key, seed phrase, recovery phrase, or Ledger PIN with anyone, including anyone claiming to represent Cryptora.
- Never grant remote access to your device or wallet.
- Never use a token address or treasury address copied from an unofficial direct message, social-media reply, advertisement, or third-party chat.
- Always confirm you are on the official Cryptora domain before connecting a wallet.
- Confirm the destination address on your hardware-wallet screen before approving any transaction.
- A wallet-ownership signature request never authorizes a payment or transfers funds.
HOW TO REPORT SOMETHING SUSPICIOUS
- 1. Email support@cryptora.institute with the subject line "Security report".
- 2. Include the URL, account handle, wallet address, or transaction signature involved.
- 3. Attach screenshots where possible, and never include your seed phrase or private key.
- 4. Do not interact further with the suspicious party while we review the report.
Cryptora Institute will never request your private key, seed phrase, recovery phrase, Ledger PIN, or remote access to your wallet or device.
