Understand the risks before participating
Participation is subject to eligibility requirements, offering terms, jurisdictional restrictions, and risk disclosures. CRI allocations will be distributed or made claimable according to the final token distribution and vesting terms.
Risk of Total Loss
Digital assets involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of the entire contribution.
No Guaranteed Value or Market
No token value, liquidity, utility feature, exchange listing, distribution date, or active market is guaranteed.
No Ownership Rights
CRI does not represent stock, equity, ownership, dividends, revenue-sharing rights, or a claim against the assets of Cryptora Institute unless expressly provided in binding offering documents.
Development Risk
Planned utilities and roadmap milestones are subject to technical development, platform adoption, and legal requirements, and may change or not be delivered.
Distribution and Vesting Risk
A confirmed contribution records an allocation for later distribution. Distribution and vesting occur only under the approved offering and distribution terms.
Stablecoin Risk
USDC and USDT may deviate from one U.S. dollar. Contribution valuation will follow the method described in the offering terms.
Volatility Risk
SOL is subject to price volatility. The final allocation will be determined according to the valuation method and confirmation timing described in the offering terms.
Blockchain and Transaction Risk
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Sending assets on an unsupported network, to an incorrect address, or from an unverified wallet may result in permanent loss.
Regulatory Risk
Legal and regulatory treatment of digital assets may change and may affect eligibility, distribution, liquidity, or platform functionality.
Security Risk
Participants are responsible for the security of their own wallets and devices. Cryptora Institute will never request your private key, seed phrase, recovery phrase, Ledger PIN, or remote access to your wallet or device.
