How Cryptora Institute screens participants, verifies wallets, monitors contributions, and keeps records for the CRI community token offering.
Last updated: August 2026
1. Purpose
Cryptora Institute operates the CRI community token offering with controls designed to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, and fraud, and to keep records that support review by auditors and regulators.
2. Eligibility and jurisdiction screening
Participants confirm their jurisdiction and may be required to complete identity verification before contributing. Access is declined where participation is restricted by applicable law or where verification cannot be completed.
3. Sanctions screening
Participants and wallet addresses may be screened against applicable sanctions and watch lists. A positive match results in refusal of participation and, where required, reporting to the relevant authority.
4. Wallet ownership verification
Before a wallet can be linked to an account it must sign a one-time ownership message. Contributions are matched to verified sending wallets, which prevents third-party or custodial-exchange payments from being credited to the wrong participant.
5. Source of funds and transaction monitoring
Contributions are recorded with the asset, amount, valuation, transaction signature, and sending wallet. Unusual patterns — including structuring below limits, rapid repeat contributions from unrelated wallets, or funds from high-risk addresses — are flagged for manual review and may be held or returned.
6. Prohibited participation
Participation is prohibited for anyone using another person's identity or wallet, providing false eligibility information, acting for an undisclosed third party, or attempting to bypass jurisdiction, limit, or verification controls.
7. Record keeping and audit trail
Offering configuration, phase changes, contribution confirmations, treasury movements, and administrative actions are logged with the acting administrator and timestamp. Records are retained for the period required by applicable law.
8. Segregation of duties
Administrative capabilities are role-restricted and separate from participant accounts. Confirmation of contributions is performed by verified on-chain facts rather than manual entry wherever possible.
9. Reporting concerns
Suspected fraud, impersonation, phishing, or misuse of the offering should be reported to support@cryptora.institute with as much detail as possible, including transaction signatures and screenshots.
10. Status of this policy
This page summarises our operational approach. It does not create rights for third parties and does not constitute legal advice. Binding obligations are set out in the offering documents and applicable law.
Report suspicious activity or impersonation to support@cryptora.institute. We never ask for private keys or seed phrases.
