Understanding the CRI Community Token Offering

If a question is not answered here, contact the official Cryptora support channel.

What is CRI?

CRI is the token of the Cryptora ecosystem, designed to support access, learning, participation, platform benefits, and future community features.

What is Cryptora Institute?

Cryptora Institute is building a global education ecosystem for blockchain, digital assets, artificial intelligence, simulated trading, and emerging financial technology.

Is CRI equity?

No. CRI does not represent stock, equity, ownership, dividends, revenue-sharing rights, or a claim against the assets of Cryptora Institute unless expressly provided in binding offering documents.

What rights does CRI provide?

Rights and functionality are defined solely by the binding offering documents and the published distribution and vesting terms.

Which blockchain is used?

Solana. The portal displays the active network at the top of every page.

Which payment assets are accepted?

USDC on Solana, USDT on Solana, and SOL, using only administrator-approved and verified mint addresses.

When will CRI be distributed?

To be announced in accordance with the offering terms. A contribution records an allocation; it does not indicate that CRI has been delivered to your wallet.

Is CRI guaranteed to increase in value?

No. No token value, liquidity, utility feature, exchange listing, distribution date, or active market is guaranteed.

Will CRI be available on Raydium?

Cryptora may seek to establish CRI liquidity on a Solana decentralized exchange after applicable legal, technical, offering, distribution, and liquidity requirements have been satisfied. No listing, launch date, liquidity level, token value, or active market is guaranteed.

Is liquidity guaranteed?

No. Liquidity is not guaranteed at any level or at any time.

Who may participate?

Participation is subject to eligibility requirements, offering terms, and jurisdictional restrictions configured by administrators after legal review.

Is identity verification required?

The portal includes an identity-verification step performed by the project's approved provider where required by the final eligibility rules.

Can I use a Ledger hardware wallet?

Yes. Ledger-connected Solana wallets are supported for wallet verification and contributions.

How is SOL converted into a USD value?

The offering is denominated in U.S. dollars. SOL contributions use a configured price source with a visible rate, source, timestamp, and quote expiration. The final allocation follows the valuation method described in the offering terms.

What happens if I use the wrong network?

The portal displays the active network and blocks contributions when the connected wallet is on a different network. Assets sent on an unsupported network may be unrecoverable.

How do I verify the official CRI mint address?

Only from the Security and Official Addresses page and the official Cryptora documentation. Never use an address copied from an unofficial direct message, social-media reply, advertisement, or third-party chat.

Where can I obtain support?

Through the official support channel listed on the Security and Official Addresses page.

Digital assets involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of the entire contribution. No token value, liquidity, utility feature, exchange listing, distribution date, or active market is guaranteed.
